2. You will receive a 6-digit code, "OTP," delivered to your email.
3. Select the specific order that necessitates a return.
4. Proceed to click on "create a return," choose the products you intend to return, and specify the reason for return.
5. Your return request will be reviewed, and you will be notified via email once the return is approved.
6. Upon approval, your return will be processed, and a refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the return.

1. Securely pack the items for return using the original delivery packaging..
