The “7 Rules” initiative helps to build a long-lasting relationship with your clothing. We've put together seven simple steps, our so-called rules, to show you how we can all make our clothes last longer - and we've made these steps as positive and simple as possible.

With just a little more care you can ensure that clothing does not lose value and last longer. A few simple tips and tools can make a big difference. That is why we want to give our customers useful tips, inspiring hints and necessary aids so that the items they buy look good for as long as possible.

RULE # 3 - REUSE
By reusing clothing, we can reduce the environmental impact of every single item. If you give clothes a longer life - or even a second life - you can upgrade your own wardrobe and do something good for the environment.
RULE No. 4 - LOAN
Borrowing can be an environmentally friendly alternative to buying, and it's also an easy way to get to know the world of GANT. The GANT rental service will be available in nine cities from May 2020 - Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Paris, London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Amsterdam.
RULE No. 5 - SHARE
The fashion industry consumes enormous amounts of water every year. We strive to preserve and protect this valuable resource. As part of this measure, we donate to WaterAid, a non-governmental organization that focuses on water supply, sanitation and hygiene.
RULE No. 6 - RE-DESIGN
Sometimes a makeover is appropriate. NEW DESIGN motivate us to rethink and embrace change. Looking at a forgotten piece of clothing in a completely new light is good for the environment and brings a breath of fresh air into your wardrobe. From September in selected GANT stores.
RULE No. 7 - RECYCLING
Recycling is part of the consumer cycle and should be part of the life cycle of a garment. That's why we encourage customers to bring their GANT clothing into our stores so that someone can take care of them in a responsible manner. From November in selected GANT stores.
